The Preserve is a single family residential
community with a semi-private 18 hole Davis Love III Signature golf
course. It features 516 homesites on over 600 acres with an
average
homesite size of ½ acre. The community features over
280 acres of open space (golf course, recreation area, conservation
area and common property). Sidewalks, street lights, and walking
trails can be found throughout the community. Homeowner’s fees of
$815 a year includes: Junior Olympic pool, owner’s clubhouse with
fitness center, tennis courts, all sport court, playground and
recreation fee. Golf fees are an additional charge.
The Preserve is located in North Chatham County
with a Chapel Hill mailing address. The main entrance is off of
Big Woods Road near the intersection of highway 64, just south of
Jordan Lake. The Preserve is just a short drive to Cary, Apex,
Pittsboro, or Chapel Hill.
Wooded homesites start in the high $80's and golf
course homesites start in the $120's. Homes range in size from
3,000 sf to 6,000+ sf and price from $400's to the upper
