Karen began her working career in corporate
finance in New York. Karen then became an attorney and practiced real
estate law in New York & New Jersey for almost twenty years
including running her own firm for 15 years. Ten years ago, Karen moved
to North Carolina and began a career in sales as a district sales
manager selling long term care for General Electric. In 2007, Karen
began her full time career as a real estate broker.
Karen has much first-hand knowledge of real estate including remodeling
her own homes, owning investment properties, and recently going through
the residential construction process with a local custom builder.
Karen brings over 30 years of real estate law, sales expertise and real
estate investment to every transaction. Her legal background brings a
unique perspective to her practice of real estate. Karen’s goal is to
ensure that her clients understand fully all the ramifications of each
transaction and have all the information they need to make good
decisions. Karen is well qualified to help her clients understand and
achieve their investment goals. Above all, Karen is dedicated to
providing superior service to her clients.
Karen lives in Governors Club with her family and her Pomeranians, Toby
and Oliver.
