Chris has been a successful businessperson
specializing in real estate in Chapel Hill since graduating from
UNC-Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler business school.
Chris' experience and knowledge in real
estate covers a broad spectrum of topics. Chris has many years of
experience as a real estate agent and broker-in-charge. Chris
specializing in both residential and commerial real estate.
In addition,
Chris has originated tens of millions of dollars of mortgage loans to
help clients finance the homes of their dreams. Chris is also an owner
of Build Ex, a custom builder of premier homes, and has development
experience as a partner in a major luxury condominium development in
downtown Chapel Hill.
Chris uses his knowledge of mortgage
financing and of construction and real estate to ensure that you truly
“see” all aspects of the home that you are buying or selling: “There is
more than meets the eye.”
In his free time, Chris enjoys rooting for
his Tar Heels as an avid sports fan. Having grown up in Pittsburgh,
Chris also has a strong love for his Steelers.
